Online Transaction Process
  1. Customers select the goods/ services that they wish to purchase from the merchant’s website.
  2. Merchant’s website presents an order/reservation page with the total amount due
  3. On selecting the ‘Pay’ option on this page, customers are redirected to TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ [hosted on TechProcess’ web server] wherein four payment options are displayed:

On selecting Credit Card as a payment option:

  • Customers will be redirected via TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ to the transaction processing bank’s secure webpage
  • Here, customers will provide their credit card details (credit card number, card holder name and expiry date)
  • Transaction processing bank passes on this information, via secured channels, to the card issuing bank for approval
  • The card issuing bank, in turn, reverts with appropriate information (whether transaction approved or failed) to the transaction processing bank
  • This result is forwarded to TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ via a digital receipt
  • TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ will then pass on the information to the merchant informing him about the status of the transaction
  • Customers receive a confirmation on transaction status and are re-directed to the merchant’s website
