TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ provides online payment gateway services and e-business solutions to Indian websites, by allowing them to accept online net banking & credit / debit / cash card payments from their customers.

This application is hosted on TechProcess servers in a highly secure, ISO 27001:2005 compliant environment. We have bought together multiple banking and card gateways on to the platform, enabling merchants to offer their customers the maximum choice in payment methods.

TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ features a fully online administration module that facilitates online refunds, MIS generation and transaction status updates and allows merchants complete control over their transactions.

1) Adult goods and services which includes pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media); escort or prostitution services
2) Alcohol which includes Alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne
3) Body parts which includes organs or other body parts
4) Bulk marketing tools which includes email lists, software, or other products enabling unsolicited email messages (spam)
5) Cable descramblers and black boxes which includes devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free
6) Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involving minors
7) Copyright unlocking devices which includes Mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection 
8) Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials
9) Copyrighted software which includes unauthorized copies of software, video games and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software
10) Counterfeit and unauthorized goods which includes replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association; fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.

What is the Procedure to integrate and Go-Live?

Following steps are required:

1. Merchant finalizes the commercial terms with TechProcess, completes the application form and provides letter of intent
2. TECHPROCESS creates a test ID for the merchant and also sends them the integration documents
3. Merchant integrates with the payment gateway
4. After a final validation by Techprocess, merchant can go live (provided legal agreement is signed and integration fees are settled)

Can I cancel an order? Will I be liable to pay cancellation fees?

Yes, it is possible for merchants to cancel an order. By logging on to the Admin Module, & selecting the ‘Refund’ tab for the relevant transaction, the merchant will be able to cancel an order and also initiate a refund. TechProcess will refund the amount on T+2 day provided that required amount is available in the pool account. Otherwise, TechProcess shall wait to receive the amount from the merchant for three days after which the refund request will be cancelled.

What level of encryption does TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ use?

Unlike regular internet communication, information submitted to us at our payment gateway is sent in a "secure session" established with VeriSign’s Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). SSL encrypts customer information that is sent over the internet between the client's browser and TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™. This technology uses the highest level of encryption possible online.
