Online Transaction Process
  1. Customers select the goods/ services that they wish to purchase from the merchant’s website.
  2. Merchant’s website presents an order/reservation page with the total amount due
  3. On selecting the ‘Pay’ option on this page, customers are redirected to TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™ [hosted on TechProcess’ web server] wherein four payment options are displayed:

On selecting Net Banking as a payment option:

  • Customers are directed to the login screen of the destination bank where they hold an account
  • Customers provide their internet banking user ID and login password
  •  The total payment amount is displayed, which the customers must confirm by entering their transaction password. Their bank account gets debited online
  • The status is then passed on to TECHPRO INSTANT PAY™, and subsequently forwarded to the merchant
