Payment Settlement Process

For Net Banking

Funds are transferred to merchant’s bank account on T+2 days (where ‘T’ is the transaction date)
  • T+0: Customer’s bank account is debited and funds are credited to Techprocess’ account
  • T+1 day: Bank submits the reconciliation file and Techprocess updates the status. Funds are transmitted to TechProcess’ ‘pool account’
  • T+2 days: Funds are transferred to merchants bank account

For Visa / Master Card

Funds are transferred to merchant’s bank account on T+1 days (where ‘T’ is the transaction date)
  • T+0: Customer’s bank account is debited and funds are transferred to the VISA / MasterCard account with the transaction processing ban
  • T+2 days: Funds are transferred to merchants bank account

For Cash Card

Funds are transferred to merchant’s bank account on T+2 days (where ‘T’ is the transaction date)
  • T+0: Customer’s cash card account is debited
  • T+1 day: Respective cash card company transfers the funds to TechProcess’ ‘pool account’
  • T+2 days: Funds are transferred to merchants bank account

Modes of Fund Transfer

  1. Direct Debit: If the merchant has an account with ICICI Bank, TechProcess can transfer payments via a direct funds transfer to the merchants ICICI bank account
  2. RTGS / NEFT: In case the merchant has an account with any other bank, TechProcess will transfer net funds via RTGS / NEFT.
  3. Pay Order: In case the merchant wishes to receive funds manually, TechProcess sends a Purchase Order (subject to an office presence at the merchant location)
